I began my fitness journey decades ago when I was far from a

picture of health. Through many ups and downs, I realized that it takes 

dedication and consistency to see results.  

I've been where you are today, whether it's just starting (or re-starting) 

your fitness journey; overcoming an injury; training for a personal best; 

or taking on a new challenge. 

It all starts with a decision to do something for yourself.  

Putting the Personal Back in Training

There's nothing of more value than helping someone overcome obstacles, gain more strength and become more confident. 

I'm here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey, creating 

a fitness plan that will help keep you on track and stay motivated to reach your goals.

Your Success is My Goal

I'm passionate about helping women in their 40's, 50's, 60's and beyond 

to increase strength & bone density, as well as boosting confidence energy and vitality. You may also improve flexibility, mobility and posture all while having fun and losing body fat.  


I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. As you practice healthy habits, you will become your best self and obtain a healthier lifestyle.
